First and for most, I'm a newlywed and loving it! I got married to the love of my life, Mr Tyler Reitz, December 15th 2007 and it was the most wonderful day of my entire life. Every day Tyler and I are learning new things about each other and life together and we grow closer and closer each day. Of course we have our ups and downs, but I wouldn't change it for the world.
Ya I've had it this dark before, but not for like over a year, so yea, its been awhile. I just need to get used to it and my skin just needs to get a little color and then it'll look ok. I just always hate my hair the first day I do it, but doesn't everyone? :-)
I don't really use a recipe for the green smoothie, but this is approx. what I put into them.
2 big handfuls of spinach & collard greens (any combination of one or both) 1 cup of frozen fruit 1 cup of liquid (soy milk, milk, juice, water, whatever) 2 bananas
Because my blender isn't super great quality mine takes a lot of liquid to get the greens to puree. So, I put the greens in there and the liquid and coax my blender along until it's green juice. Then, I add the frozen fruit and then the bananas once the fruit is all blended up. I put plain yogurt in them today and they were yummy like that, too.
I have found that collard greens are pretty cheap (like $1.29 a bunch), where-as spinach can be a little more expensive. I can't notice a difference in taste between the 2 so I do about 50/50.

I like it! I've never seen you with hair that dark, but I do like it!
