I have to show you two pictures. These pictures are compairing how LAME my hair is. I dyed it really dark brown about 3 or 4 months ago and look at it now. It fades SOOO fast and I hate it! Every color I've dyed it the past 3ish years its faded within months! I don't know what to do with it anymore :-( The second picture is the most recent picture of my hair that I have. And those are my 2 wonderful friends Elyce and Lexie :-)

C. Since you don't like your hair, what about bleaching it and then dying it the color your want...either bleaching out highlights or the whole shebang?

I don't know anything about hair dye and the like, so I don't have any suggestions. I just think you're cute the way you are and your hair always looks cute!
I think Shelley might be right. Bleaching it will take out the color now, and give you a better color to dye on top of. But than again.. it was pretty blond last year, and when you died it dark it still faded... so who knows. But yay for hair cuts tonight!
I would think that bleaching it would make it more receptive to the color you want. Maybe you should go over the school and have them do it. I'm sure they'd love to have a guniea pig for the students to learn from :)
